Kimono Denim Blue
With this Kimono jacket we give a fresh spin to the classic indigo color used in Mexican textiles. The body is entirely hand weaved using the traditional huipil technique and the natural indigo dye was perfectly balanced by the artisans creating that denim blue hue.
The sleeves are handspun ikat silk from Uzbekistan in matching denim blue but with contrasting bursts of raspberry red. The raw silk lining is this same vibrant raspberry color. We’ve added a touch of upcycled fabrics on the sleeves and belt, bringing all the color palette together making this an easy staple with a twist for your day to day outfits.
Our kimono is a timeless piece made to last a lifetime. It is slightly padded which makes it perfect for the first chilly autumn days, the silk lining giving it an extra comfy feel. The vest is approximately 76 cm long by 60 cmwide and fits comfortably sizes XS - L.

Kimono collection, handmade textiles by women artisans of the world, designed and put together in our Paris Atelier.
Please note that all our garments are entirely handmade and the textiles are handweaved using traditional techniques. No machine, except a classic sewing machine, is involved in the process. This is why some irregularities may sometimes be present such as tiny apparent threads or a slight difference in length & width. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need more information on any of our collections, we’ll be more than happy to help you choose perfect piece.
